Project Overview
Over the past four years, our team has been proud to partner with Haebler Construction and York House School on a comprehensive interior modernization and renovation program. Each year, we’ve carefully upgraded different parts of the campus to support a better learning environment while meeting the latest standards in energy efficiency and sustainability.
Scope of WorK
- STEAM Lab (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) – Creating a state-of-the-art learning space for innovation and technology.
- Cafeteria – Modernized for efficiency, comfort, and student experience.
- Design Lab – Fully upgraded to support creativity and hands-on learning.
- Science Wing – Enhanced with advanced lighting and controls for precision and performance.
- Junior School – Renewal included a service upgrade to 600A, providing the capacity needed to support current and future electrical demands, alongside full lighting modernization.
A key part of the project was the complete lighting and lighting controls retrofit, designed and installed in full alignment with ASHRAE standards. These upgrades not only improve the quality of lighting throughout the school but also significantly reduce energy consumption, contributing to a sustainable future for the institution.
One of the project’s greatest challenges has been the large scope of work that must be completed each summer within a short timeframe. Through careful planning, coordination, and execution, we have consistently delivered on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
From 2021 through 2025, this phased approach has allowed York House School to modernize its facilities without disrupting its academic mission. We are proud to have become a trusted partner, ensuring students and staff benefit from safe, efficient, and inspiring spaces year after year.
