Project Overview

We’re thrilled to be a long-standing partner of Essence Properties—a relationship spanning 13 years—and continue that commitment with Jericho Langley, a dynamic mixed-use development transforming the heart of Langley. The first of four planned phases, Phase 1 comprises 385 residential units alongside 18 commercial retail spaces, forming the foundation of a master-planned community set to total nearly 2,000 units.

Scope of Work

Our team is delivering a comprehensive suite of services for Phase 1, including:

  • Full electrical system installation
  • Fire alarm system integration
  • Low voltage systems
  • Door access control
  • CCTV/security systems
  • ECOMM radio amplification system
  • 5,000 kVA 25kV unit substation
