Project Overview
We were proud to contribute to the Carvolth project, a large-scale multi-residential development located at the Carvolth Bus Loop in Langley. Developed by Quadra and built by Peak Construction, the project delivered over 600 units across more than 500,000 sq ft of residential space, adding much-needed housing to one of the region’s fastest-growing transit-oriented communities.
Scope of Work
Our role focused on assisting with:
- electrical systems installation, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power distribution throughout the development
By supporting the electrical delivery on a project of this size and scale, we brought our experience and expertise in large multi-family developments to help meet aggressive schedules while maintaining high standards of quality.
